Quality Control Associate
All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring Quality Control Associates to audit the work our field teams produce and to run the QC process for assigned districts.
The role splits about evenly between two aspects. Half of it is data auditing and verification calling: you review shift data against the field records and call voters our canvassers logged to confirm the conversation happened and happened as recorded. This is a high volume of outbound calls, daily. The other half is project management: you own the QC pipeline for your assigned districts, decide what gets audited and when, assign verification work to other QC team members, and keep a clean record of what has been checked and where each canvasser's quality rate stands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily verification calls to voters recorded in canvasser data; confirm contact, document discrepancies, and collect feedback on the interaction
- Audit shift data for red flags, including implausible entries, location records, timing anomalies, and incomplete information
- Own the QC process for assigned districts: track which shifts have been audited, maintain per-canvasser quality rates, and keep the audit queue current
- Assign and coordinate verification tasks across team members; follow up so nothing sits
- Escalate suspected fraud or systematic quality problems to field leadership immediately, with documentation
- Produce daily and weekly QC reporting on district and canvasser performance
- Other duties as the program requires
Qualifications
- 1+ years of operations, logistics, or coordination experience; campaign or field experience a plus
- Strong organization and follow-through; able to own deadlines independently
- Clear communicator who can convey process to non-operational staff
- Proficient with Google Workspace and able to learn new tools quickly, experience with Justworks a plus, but not required
- Recruitment or hiring experience strongly preferred
- Access to a phone and computer; available for evening and weekend work
